Approaches & Modalities
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive space to share experiences, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful connections. Together, we work through challenges, foster understanding, and create a sense of belonging that helps each person grow both individually and as part of a community.
We are offering several specialty groups beginning in March, each designed to provide a safe, structured environment for connection, skill building, and personal growth. See the upcoming groups below to learn more about focus areas, formats, and how to get started.
If you have questions or would like help finding the right group, please email us at clientcare@intrinsicbloom.com.
