About Chelsea
A different kind of therapy space.
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re carrying a lot. Maybe you’re used to being the person who handles things, figures it out, and keeps moving. From the outside, things may even look pretty good. Underneath, you might feel tired, disconnected, stuck in your head, or simply aware that the way you’ve always gotten through things isn’t working anymore.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong or what you want to work on. You don’t need the right language for it either. We can start with where you actually are.
Approach & Heart of My Work
My New York City roots are a big part of how I understand people. I grew up surrounded by different cultures, personalities, perspectives, and ways of making a life. There is something about New York City that teaches you pretty quickly that people are layered. Things aren’t always one or the other, and there is usually more to someone than what you see at first.
I think that has stayed with me in my work. I’m naturally curious and fairly direct. I ask questions, notice patterns, and tend to want to understand what’s underneath what someone is telling me. I’m comfortable having honest conversations, but I also believe there should be room for humor, warmth, and the parts of life that are simply messy. Therapy with me is conversational. You’ll know me, too. I want it to feel like two people doing meaningful work together, not like you’re being studied from across the room.
My training in Clinical Social Work at Fordham University gave me the clinical foundation for this work. I practice from a psychodynamic lens and draw from DBT, CBT, somatic concepts, and other evidence-based approaches when they make sense. I also offer specialized treatment through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Much of my work is with high-achieving professionals, including entrepreneurs, healthcare and mental health providers, executives, and professionals working in legal and correctional settings. I understand the pace, responsibility, and complexity that can come with demanding work and full lives, and I’ve built my practice with that in mind.
The clinical pieces matter, but they sit within a much bigger picture. I’m interested in who you are, what has shaped you, what you may not have had space to look at yet, and what brings you into the room now.
I want therapy to be a place where you can be honest, challenged, curious, and fully yourself. Not a more polished version of yourself. Just more connected to who you are and how you want to live.
About Jasmin
Support for the life you’re still figuring out.
Jasmin works with college and graduate students, young adults, and young women who are in the process of building their lives while also trying to understand themselves along the way.
For many of the people she works with, therapy is new. They may be entering college or graduate school, beginning a career, becoming more independent, or simply reaching a point where they want to approach their mental health differently. Jasmin offers a welcoming place to begin.
Her clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and the emotional demands that can come with periods of growth and transition. Her style is gentle, approachable, and collaborative. She values taking the time to build trust and allowing therapy to unfold at a pace that feels comfortable rather than rushed.
Jasmin brings a trauma-informed perspective to her work and incorporates nervous system awareness and practical skills that clients can carry into everyday life. She is especially interested in helping young adults develop a stronger understanding of themselves as they begin making decisions about the people they want to become and the lives they want to build.
Role at Intrinsic Bloom
At Intrinsic Bloom, Jasmin’s work represents an earlier part of the high-achievement journey. She supports students, emerging professionals, and young women who are beginning to navigate ambition, independence, responsibility, and adulthood, often while learning for the first time how to make space for their own emotional well-being within all of it.
Jasmin earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington after completing her clinical training with Intrinsic Bloom. She now continues with the practice as a clinician and Client Care Coordinator.
In her Client Care Coordinator role, Jasmin supports the practice as well as the experience clients have outside of the therapy room, helping with resources, referrals, care transitions, and discharge planning.
