Relationship Therapy
Relationships are at the core of our lives, shaping how we connect, communicate, and navigate challenges. But even the strongest relationships can experience strain, misalignment, or unresolved tension. I offer therapy for families, business partners, roommates, couples, and multiperson relationships, providing a space to work through conflict, rebuild trust, and foster deeper understanding.
This work isn’t just about resolving disagreements—it’s about recognizing patterns, improving communication, and creating relationships that feel more sustainable and authentic. Whether you’re facing long-standing tensions or simply looking to strengthen your connection, therapy offers a space for honest reflection and meaningful change.

Couples Intensive Sessions
Couples intensive sessions provide a more intentional and spacious setting for partners to do deep, focused work together. Unlike traditional sessions, these longer formats allow time to build safety, connection, and trust.
