Supervision, Mentoring and Coaching

Supporting others starts with feeling supported yourself. I offer clinical supervision and mentorship for social workers in Massachusetts and Connecticut, with a special emphasis on uplifting and guiding BIPOC clinicians who often navigate unique challenges in this field. Whether you’re working toward licensure, managing complex cases, or figuring out how to sustain yourself in this work, my approach is honest, collaborative, and rooted in real-world experience.

We’ll not only focus on strengthening your clinical skills but also on navigating the emotional labor, systemic barriers, and identity-based challenges that can come with being a therapist. Supervision isn’t just about meeting requirements—it’s about helping you show up fully, confidently, and in alignment with your values.

Let’s build a foundation that supports both your clients and you.
